Ficus is performing Techno-commercial feasibility studies for three upcoming bulk terminals at

1. Port of Bojonegara (Agri Terminal)


2. Port of Panjang (Cement and Fertilizers Terminal)

Ficus is responsible for the Conceptual Design for the following bulk terminals:

• Agribulk (food & feed) import terminal in the Port of Bojonegara on existing land and/or reclaimed land


• Cement import terminal in the Port of Panjang on reclaimed land.


• Fertiliser import & re-export terminal in the Port of Panjang on reclaimed land.

• Flow Scheme


• Technical report


• Layout Engineering


• CAPEX estimates with +/- 30% accuracy, including:


1. Equipment
2. Storage Facilities
3. Buildings
4. Pavement, drainage, sewerage
5. Power supply and utilities
6. Land reclamation (if applicable)
7. Quay / Jetty


• OPEX estimates, including:


1. Power Consumption
2. Staffing
3. Maintenance


• To provide Engineering, Procurement and Commissioning support for the project.
