Ficus provided design, analysis and detailing of Sand Hopper and its fabrication drawings for PT AE Material Handling Systems, Indonesia.

Feasibility Study Projects, 2012, Client - PT Pelindo - II, Indonesia

Ficus is performed Techno-commercial feasibility studies for three upcoming bulk terminals at
      1. Port of Bojonegara (Agri Terminal)
      2. Port of Panjang (Cement and Fertilizers Terminal)

Ficus is responsible for the Conceptual Design for the following bulk terminals:
      * Agribulk (food & feed) import terminal in the Port of Bojonegara on existing land and/or reclaimed land
      * Cement import terminal in the Port of Panjang on reclaimed land
      * Fertiliser import & re-export terminal in the Port of Panjang on reclaimed land

NCB - II Coal Unloading Terminal Mechanization project, Tuticorin, India Tuticorin Coal Terminal Pvt. Ltd. - 2011 to Present

Ficus was awarded the role of Owner's Consultant as well as Design Engineering Service provider for this upcoming coal terminal with the unloading rate of 15MTPA capacity Long over-sea conveyors of 3km long located in Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu, India.

Ficus is responsible for complete Design and Engineering management for the terminal mechanization project with the scope in multi-engineering and consulting of Mechanical, Structural, Electrical, Fire-fighting and Dust Suppression disciplines of the project.

WQ - 6 Multipurpose berth project, Vishakapatnam, India West Quay Multiport Pvt. Ltd. - 2011

Ficus provided tender specifications for rail mounted mobile harbour crane to handle CP coke, LAM coke, granite blocks and steel for this upcoming terminal at Vishakapatnam Port facilities.

Gopalpur Ports, Orissa, India (In consortia with OECPL to provide Engineering Consulting services) - Currently underway

Ficus to provide Preliminary engineering support for Mechanization of newly emerging Coal Terminal, Iron - ore Terminal and a Multi-purpose berth facilities.

To do Load calculations, Tender specifications for the equipments and preliminary concepts for Berth mechanization and Storage yard facilities.

PT Bharinto Coal Terminal, PT Indo Tambangraya Megah (ITM), Balikpapan, Indonesia (In consortia with PT Glendale Partners, Jakarta) 2010 to 2011

Ficus provided consulting and detail engineering services for coal terminal expansion projects at Balikpapan - Barge loading facility and Conveying systems to load coal barges at the rate of 4.5 MTPA from existing 2.4 MTPA. Our scope of work was to design and provide drawings for transfer towers, belt conveyors along with dust suppression and safety equipments.

PT Bharinto Coal Mining, PT Indo Tambangraya Megah (ITM), Balikpapan, Indonesia (In consortia with PT Glendale Partners, Jakarta) 2010 to 2011

Ficus provided consulting, preliminary and detail engineering services for coal mines expansion to design systems with Trippers, Belt conveyors, draw-down hoppers, stockpiles and logistics planning for coal. Our scope of work was to design and provide drawings for truck dump station, transfer towers, material handling design along with dust suppression and safety equipments.

PT International Nickel Indonesia, Sulawesi Indonesia. 2009 (Associated with PT Aurecon, Indonesia)

Balantang and Soroako captive port and mines facilities preliminary design and engineering of entire project to handle 4 MTPA coal from Barges - Involved in Bulk Material Handling systems Design (Associated with PT Aurecon, Indonesia and was a part of the Project team)

Blast furnace conveying systems up-gradation project Sesa Industries Ltd., Goa, India - 2011

Ficus provided engineering services for the expansion project of blast furnace conveying systems for Sesa Industries Limited, Goa. The scope consisted of new belt conveyors design, capacity enhancement of existing conveyors, enhancement of hoppers capacity, the stock house and the furnace charging system capacity enhancement. New hoppers were designed to cater to the increased demand of raw materials and additives with respect to enhanced production.
